SF-EXPRESS：

• Office/residential address direct delivery (via SF Express)
• Pickup at SF Express
• Pickup at SF Express Station
• Pickup at SF Smart Locker

 

• Delivery lead time/ Area：
  • Delivery lead time : 2-3 Days
  • Applicable Area :Hong Kong & Macau
    

For Hong Kong & Macau orders, we offer free shipping on orders over HK$1,000. We are mainly using SF Express for shipping. For the shipping address which SF Express service is not covered, we will select other appropriate courier service. The delivery time for your order is usually within 1-3 working days. However, the actual delivery time can be longer due to stock availability and your location.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries.

FedEx:

• Delivery Lead Time : 5-7 Days, vary by destination; please check at checkout for estimates.
• Applicable Area : Asia, Europe, Americas, Australia...please check at checkout for details.
• Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred in their country.

 

For international orders, we offer free shipping on orders over US$500. We are mainly using courier with tracking service such as FedEx for shipping. The delivery time for your order is usually within 5-7 working days. However, the actual delivery time can be longer due to stock availability, your location and custom process for some countries.

Shipping instructions

After placing the order (excluding the day of order), it will be sent out in about 2-3 working days, excluding holidays.

 

• The delivery time is 09:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday, no delivery is arranged on Saturday and Sunday
• If there are many orders or force mature natural disasters during festivals, shipments may be delayed
